What is “Right” About RightStart?
We build your website right the first time! We make sure all of our websites are built to what is called “Web Standards” which is a set of guidelines developed by the W3C (A governing body that works with the Internet and browser development). By adhering to these standards we insure that all of our websites will function properly online, and can easily be expanded and modified when needed.
Customer Development and Resource Center
The next key feature of the RightStart System™ is our Development and Resource Center. This is designed to manage all web development projects and educate you, our customer, so that you can do more things yourself, and do it right.
The Development Center
Our Development and Resource Center walks you through the process in easy steps or tasks using online worksheets. Each task on the worksheet has a “status” that can be monitored by the RightStart staff. When you, the customer, flip a status to “final” on a task or whole worksheet, then the RightStart staff can quickly respond by using that “final” information to complete the website. Through this worksheet system you will know exactly what needs to be done, and where you are at in the web development process, and confident that once you finalize a worksheet, work has begun.
The Resource Center
We provide you with all the resources you might need to understand your choices and how to complete each task. If you are interested in knowing more, we have made available a library of eBooks that cover many topics in greater detail. All of these resources are available to you as long as you remain a valued customer.
The Help Desk
Though we try hard, It is impossible to anticipate all possibilities, so we have a Plan B. That Plan B is our Help Desk system. This system insures your question gets answered by our staff and does not get lost in the shuffle and Junk mail filters.
Where is the phone number?
To keep our prices as low as possible we have streamlined our communication with our clients via the Development Center worksheet system and the Help Desk. Email is only a convenience and of last resort. You can also click the “Email A Quick Question” link at the top of every page on this website to get in contact with us quickly about any question you might have and later, when you are in the Development center, you can create a Help Desk ticket that is routed to the correct staff member.
